Stephen and Tracy Weston, owners of HydroShield of Tampa Bay, have been part of the Tampa Bay community for over 48 years. Tracy and Steve have been married for over 32 years and have three amazing children, Amanda, Alexis, and Stephen who are each very driven and successful people.
Steve has an extensive background in customer service and “getting things done right the first time” having previously worked over 22 years for the largest supermarket organization in Florida, ranked number one in customer service for decades. Steve developed outstanding leadership skills that helped him grow his diverse teams of associates to succeed in many ways in customer service and satisfaction. His ability to build positive relationships kept a loyal flow of customers returning to his place of business because they knew Steve and his team would ensure that only the best products were available. Having the “Entrepreneurial Spirit” his entire life, Steve made the decision to take his leadership and customer service skills to a larger scale and bring HydroShield to the Tampa Bay area.
Tracy is no stranger to success either. She brings her extensive leadership and customer loyalty expertise to HydroShield of Tampa Bay. Tracy has been a very successful Vice President in the Financial Industry and specializes in Commercial Business Banking. Having graduated from Eckerd College with a 4.0 GPA and a Business Management degree, Tracy brings a solid business foundation to HydroShield of Tampa Bay.
