HydroShield of Tampa Bay is a locally owned and operated company specializing in professional surface sealing and protection for homes and businesses throughout the Tampa Bay area. Our focus is simple: provide dependable service, professional application, and knowledgeable guidance that helps our customers protect the surfaces in their homes and businesses.
We professionally protect appropriate surfaces including granite, natural stone, quartz, tile and grout, shower glass, windows, and other suitable surfaces. Every surface is evaluated to determine the appropriate HydroShield protection system, and our products are professionally applied by trained personnel rather than sold as ordinary retail DIY sealers.
HydroShield of Tampa Bay serves customers throughout Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties, Lakeland, and select areas of Polk County. Our goal is to help customers protect their investment while making routine cleaning and maintenance easier.
Meet Steve and Tracy Weston
Steve and Tracy Weston, owners of HydroShield of Tampa Bay, have deep roots in the Tampa Bay community. Together, they bring decades of leadership, business, and customer-service experience to the company, with a shared commitment to treating customers with Dependability, Integrity, Care, and Excellence.
Steve spent more than 22 years with Florida's largest supermarket organization, where he developed extensive experience in leadership, team development, customer service, and building long-term customer relationships. His belief in doing things right the first time and taking care of the customer became an important part of the way HydroShield of Tampa Bay operates today. With an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to build a business centered around exceptional service, Steve helped bring HydroShield to the Tampa Bay area in 2014.
Tracy brings extensive business, financial, leadership, and customer-service experience to HydroShield of Tampa Bay. A graduate of Eckerd College with a Business Management degree, Tracy has built a successful career in the financial industry, including commercial business banking. Her business experience and attention to customer relationships provide an important foundation for the company's continued growth and commitment to professional service.
As a family-owned and operated business, Steve and Tracy believe customers should be able to work with a local company that stands behind its service and is available when questions arise. That local accountability is an important part of the HydroShield of Tampa Bay experience.
